Bobbi Kristina Brown, the 21-year-old daughter of the late Whitney Houston and singer Bobby Brown, remains hospitalized after being rushed from her Roswell home Saturday amid a medical emergency. TMZ reports things don’t look good.
She was found face-down in a bathtub by her husband Nick Gordon and a friend, who started live-saving measures until police arrived, Roswell Police Department spokesman Lisa Holland said during a news conference. Brown was taken to North Fulton Hospital and reportedly was placed in a medically induced coma to address swelling, TMZ reported.
An AJC reporter was told to leave hospital property. A spokesperson could not confirm any details regarding Brown, citing medical privacy laws.
Whitney Houston died at age 48 in February 2012 after being discovered unresponsive in a bathtub in a Beverly Hills hotel room.
A cousin of Bobbi Kristina’s told NBC that Krissy, as she is known to family, has been through a rough time, given the upcoming third anniversary of her mother’s death, but said she will pull through.
“She’s a tiger,” Jerod Brown said.
