The man sued by Kordell Stewart after saying they’d had a relationship – which he admits isn’t true – isn’t fretting and in fact may lodge a counter suit.

Stewart, former husband of “Real Housewives of Atlanta” cast member Porsha Williams, sued reality show personality Andrew Caldwell over statements – later retracted – that they dated. See the entire lawsuit below.

Stewart’s lawsuit notes that Caldwell first gained “notoriety and media attention as a result of a viral video of him at The Church of God in Christ’s annual convocation, in which he proclaims that he had been delivered from homosexuality.” It accuses him of making up statements about Stewart to gain attention for Caldwell’s new reality show project, “The Gospel Truth.”

Caldwell admits that the story about him and the NFL veteran dating is anything but the Gospel truth – but doesn’t seem too worried.

“It’s true, I never dated Kordell,” he told TMZ Sports. “But I’m not worried about the lawsuit. If Kordell wants money, he has money. I don’t owe him a dime.”

And he even hinted at legal action of his own: “I may go after Kordell. Yes, I hurt his name, but he also hurt mine.”
