There’s no fancier place for Sunday brunch than the Buckhead Ritz-Carlton (it’s featured in the 2016 AJC Spring Dining Guide!) and no better cause than finding good homes for stray animals. This Sunday’s Bow Wow Brunch, benefiting the Atlanta Humane Society, is a win win!

“I’ve loved dogs since I was born and have wanted to get involved with the Atlanta Humane Society for some time,” said event chair Jennifer Healy. “Bow Wow Brunch is such a fun, tangible way to introduce children to philanthropy and specifically the mission and work of the Atlanta Humane Society.”

Leading up to the Bow Wow Brunch, an event for family members of all ages, has been “Who’s in the Doghouse,” a fun, lighthearted initiative involving community leaders raising both awareness of and funds for the Atlanta Humane Society. Doghouse participants include Jason Pullman and Kristen Gates from 94.9 the Bull, Su Longman, CEO of Pallet Central Enterprises Inc., and Jenner Wood, Corporate Executive Vice President of SunTrust Banks, Inc.

More than 300 supporters are expected at the Bow Wow Brunch, which will include a champagne reception for adults, a special program for children and an elegant Ritz-Carlton brunch menu. A highlight of the day’s activities will be the presentation of the prestigious 2016 Anne Cox Chambers Humane Heroine Award to Ginny Millner, Founder of Fix Georgia Pets.

The event is Sunday from 12:30 p.m. until 3 p.m. For information and reservations see this web site.
