The filing, formally lodged against “The United States of America” sprinkles in a slew of other celebrity names including Oprah Winfrey, Kim Fields and T.D. Jakes although it’s not at all clear what anyone supposedly did. The filing includes no photos, witness statements, medical or technical documents or other evidence, only a slew of allegations.

“All my rights have been violated,” reads the handwritten document filed by a woman named Helen White. In the filing she says she consulted with an attorney who declined to take her case.

“I want a trial before this year is up,” the filing says. That was a year ago and it looks like things haven’t progressed past an official court clerk’s stamp indicating the document was filed.
