A production company is suing after T.I.’s management team booked him to perform at a graduation bash in Florida, then backtracked at the last minute, TMZ reports.

The Atlanta artist known as Clifford Harris in court documents hasn’t responded, but the report names Planet Productions as a plaintiff. When they thought T.I. would perform, organizers ratcheted up their advertising blitz and are now “suing T.I. and his management for the $300,000 dropped for marketing and licensing costs, plus the $90,000 to book Tip.”
