Our Atlanta Falcons meet the New England Patriots in Houston on Feb. 5 for Super Bowl 51.
The team’s fan base has come to include plenty of A-list stars over the years, so don’t be surprised if there are some well-known fans cheering the team on.
Here’s a look at some of the celebs who have been known to catch Falcons Fever.
Samuel L. Jackson. The actor (and Morehouse man) might be the most vocal and energetic of the Falcons’ famous fans. After all, the legendary talent lent his voice to those iconic “Rise Up” commercials.
Gucci Mane. The rapper and his fiancee wore some fancy finery to the final game in the Georgia Dome.
Gucci’s a man of the people when it comes to picking a seat in the stadium:
Former President Jimmy Carter. Atlanta Braves fans know to look for the former commander in chief at Turner Field with some frequency, and he’s been known to cheer for the Falcons as well.
He and team owner Arthur Blank have shared some nice moments on the sidelines.Jermaine Dupri. Check out this video clip the renowned producer posted on his Twitter feed:
Usher and Justin Bieber. The two close friends and musical collaborators were on hand for some pregame festivities with young fans a few years ago.
Usher calls Atlanta home while Bieber, who launched his music career here with Usher, refers to it at times as his “second home.” Maybe he’ll pay us a visit for today’s game.PHOTOS: The Georgia Dome over the years
Jeezy. He’s rising up from the sidelines!
Big Boi. The Atlanta recording artist has been spotted on the sidelines and often posts supportive messages on his social media accounts. In a recent Instagram update, he proudly declared himself a member of the “Bird Gang.” His son, Cross Patton, plays for Woodward Academy. Will he be a Falcons dad one day?
Evander Holyfield. Maybe the Champ will be cheering on his son, UGA running back Elijah Holyfield, at a Falcons game one day, too.
